I came across this video as i was hopping from one to another TED conference video. Watching this video clearly not to brain wash myself but just a reality check. Reality check for me to get real. 

i can't help to be  affected by other request for me to loose weight. After all, words are easily said than done. Be thin doesn't mean you are fit and big size cant be label as exercise noob. 

OK, let's rephrase it. by dictionary form, fit is in good health, especially because of regular physical exercise . Please enlighten me with the fact where is the word thin and slender in the fit definition? 

Ashley Graham is a body activist and workout tutor but yet, she is a plus size model that being labeled a lot. so, define yourself.
