Mushroom Chilli Garlic Snack Recipe.


feel like want something to much? 
i always feel this way around midnight and it's becoming even worst during Ramadhan. 

So, rather than munching on junk foods? lets get something healthier. ( i guess) 
perhaps it will reduce half of the guilt. 
so this is one of ny favourite. 

MUSHROOM CHILLI GRALIC. 

We should start. Shall We? 
Here are the ingredients. 

5 simple ingredients aside of salt of course. 

1) mushrooms
2) garlics
3) chillies 
4) butter 
5) cheese (optional)
Firstly,elt your butter but please ensure to not burn them. 


Secondly, put your garlics and chillies. 
If you love the chrisp. fry them slightly longer before putting the next ingredients. 


Secondly, put your mushrooms. 
any mushroom will do but Enoki and button mushroom might not fit the cut. Other than that, almost all will be good. 

Next, top some cheese and wait it to melt. 
Parmesan taste wonderful too but in this, i used pizza topping cheese. 

Lastky, sprinkle some salt and dried parsley. Walla, the snack to eat while watching TV.
