Recipe Telur Berlado (Spicy Fried Egg)

Staying at home might make us bored with the same menu or might run out of idea. So lets try a new and simple recipe.

I uploaded this on my ig and twitter yesterday and few of my friends came up and asked for the recipe. Some of them had tried making it for today's lunch.
They seem to love'in in.

This is such a simple and non-consuming menu. & cheap too.
Cheap protein is indeed what we need now.

&& it is best to eat with white rice or nasi lemak.

 The ingredients.

1. Egg
2. Holland Onion
3. Red Onions
4. Chillies
5. Tomatoes
6. Garlic
7. Tamarind Slice (Asam Keping)
8. Bay Leaf (Daun Salam)

First Step.

Fry those eggs till it become golden brown. (A little crispier will be nicer as it will be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside)
Then. Put it aside.

Secondly, blend those ingredients (Red Onions, Chillies, Tomatoes, and Garlic).
Dry blend all the ingredients but make sure it is not too fine cause we want the dish to have a lil texture.

Then, Stir Fry those ingredients till it well cook. Put salt and sugar as seasoning.
adjust the thickness that you wish it to be with some water.
Personally, I prefer it a lil soupy. Not too dry.

Then. Put in chopped Holland Onion, Tamarind slice and Bay leaf.
Fry them well till the onion reach slightly brown.
put the fried eggs that we put aside previously.

Mix well. and Tarra.
Your dish is done.
